Last week ,i exercised very intensive and i had only 1 day off ,every exercise i sweat a lot and i push myself to do as posible as i can ,i add to diet more ,i tried to control the eating i should the good food and healthy .

This week i'm gonna push more and do my workout very hard as i can^^
