Thursday, May 05, 2011 Posted In Exercise day 6I always follow Zuzana workout(www.bodyrock.tv ) she's very rock i apply to be my own workout i just started again coz i got hurt long time ,make my body more fatty i dont like too much now i try to concentrate and push myself to exercise as possible as i can

My exercise: 10 reps x 4 sets
1. One Leg Burpee (alternating legs)-10 reps
2. Side Burpee (alternating sides) -10 reps
3. Starburst Burpee -10 reps
