My Exercise Day 2''
Tuesday, May 17, 2011 Posted In ExerciseYesterday ,i got problem when i was exercising ,i just remember i should go to buy some food and the store gonna close so i should go there ,i didnt finish my exercise (only 4 rounds and i didnt cool down and stretching ,make me still fatigue and my muscle contract.
Today i feel better ,i hope i can exercise that
i want and get my target ^^
(MY TARGET IS "Leg Strengthening Exercises".)
exercise Day 2''
"Leg Strengthening Exercises" 4rounds
*High knee jump before each exercises 30 reps*
- slit squat 20
- sumo squat with DB 20
- single leg bridge 10
- single-arm dumbbell squat 20(starting squat position and pull db from down and opposite side with your arm cross up to the other side meanwhile squat and become one leg standing with the same arm ,i dont know how to call this exercise555)

หลังออกกำลังกาย cool down , ยืดเหยียดอย่างนานเลย เพราะว่าออกอย่างหนักเลยขาข้างล่ะ 20 แทบตาย ยืดเหยียดไป
แล้วก็ดูหนังไป
