1.Reptile toe touch push up (right leg) 10reps
2.One leg dead lift (right leg) 15reps
3.One leg dead lift (left leg) 15 reps
4.AB exercise (1st round:sit up,
2nd round:reverse crunch ,
3rd round:one leg kee hug) 30 reps
5.Tricep curl 12 reps
